Resume

resume portrait

I am a minister in the Uniting Church of Australia. I completed my theological studies in the Netherlands (BA, Mtheol). My main theological interests are the interpretation of biblical texts, story telling,  spiritual direction, and interfaith dialogue. Meditation and mindfulness are an important part of my personal daily spiritual practice. Lately I have become interested in the field of hypnosis and brain plasticity in relation to prayer and as a tool in pastoral care. I have served congregations in the Netherlands, the United Kingdom and Australia. At present I am the Presbytery Minister Pastoral Care of the Port Phillip East Presbytery, Greater Melbourne Uniting Church.
